2. SMS Notifications

If you opt in to receive SMS notifications from us, you will receive automated text messages related to lead activity on your account. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your lead volume. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from us.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for promptly following up with leads provided through our service.

4. Payment

Payment terms are established individually with each client at the time of onboarding.

5. No Guarantee of Results

While we work to generate quality leads, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, conversion rates, or revenue results.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alto Growth is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time by providing written notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
